IVANOVA (to Sheridan): "Damage-control crews are doing what they can, but we're losing so much atmosphere that the hull is actually burning in places.  All of our fighters have been destroyed.  Dr. Franklin is reporting large numbers of casualties from the missile attack and the micro-gravity conditions.  Garibaldi's security teams are being overwhelmed by panicking civilians.  Most of the alien ambassadors are floating around just outside the C&C door demanding an explanation.  And the aliens have just broadcast the following message in English:"

ZENTRAEDI: "In the name of the Zentraedi forces I order you to surrender.  You cannot survive another attack.  Surrender at once or be destroyed."
